Tamrac Limited Warranty
At Tamrac, we stand behind the quality of our products and are proud to offer a 5-Year Limited Warranty to you, the original purchaser, for products purchased from an authorized Tamrac dealer. This warranty protects your Tamrac product (“Product”) against defects in materials or workmanship for five (5) years from the date of purchase.
How to Register and Make a Claim
Register your warranty here to streamline the process. If you encounter an issue with your Product:
- If purchased in the United States or Canada: complete this application
- If purchased outside the United States or Canada: Contact the authorized Tamrac distributor in your country.
To make a claim, you must provide proof of purchase and submit the Product for inspection by Tamrac or an authorized representative. If the issue is covered by this warranty, Tamrac will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the Product, or
- Replace it with the same or a comparable item.
If the Product is no longer available, Tamrac may issue a Tamrac Website Credit. If the issue is not covered, we recommend reaching out to your local luggage repair facility for service. For assistance with parts or more information, please email us at repairs@tamrac.com.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies only to damage caused by defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., zippers and fasteners worn through use).
- Damage from improper care, mishandling, misuse, or alterations.
- Repairs conducted outside Tamrac’s facilities.
- Acts of God (e.g., floods).
- Accidental damage or loss of removable parts.
Tamrac reserves the sole right to determine if a claim is eligible under this warranty.
Limitations
This warranty applies exclusively to the Product and does not cover indirect or consequential losses, including damage to personal property carried with, within, or by the Product. Tamrac’s liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the Product.
Your Rights
This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights under the laws in your jurisdiction. These terms do not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Important Note
Purchases from unauthorized sellers, including Amazon, eBay, or other resale sites, are not covered under this warranty unless purchased from authorized dealers. To confirm whether a seller is authorized, email us at info@tamrac.com.
