This is not about the product, which was only a guess, but about the customer service I recieved.
The customer service I received was outstanding. We (the Tamrac rep and I) were trying to figure out the best solution for interior dividers for a rolling camera bag that is no longer made. She was prompt in responding, helpful in her suggestions, and knowledgeable about the products. I couldn't have asked for better.
